We want to support our clients in achieving their long-term financial goals. Day in, day out, we make sure our clients’ money is invested safely and sustainably so its value increases in the long run – while taking social and economic developments into account. Sustainability feeds directly into our company’s purpose and our responsibility towards society. We overhaul the properties on our books so they’re ready to face the future – and can be enjoyed by generations to come.

We believe that our inclusive corporate culture makes it possible for us, as a team, to achieve great things and meet our goals. That’s why we give our employees the room to grow personally and professionally, the space to innovate and the scope to actively contribute to our work. We believe in approachable, trust-based and appreciative Leadership, this enables our employees to take responsibility from their very first day with us.

We invest in our corporate culture and put people at the heart of what we do. After all, we’re working together in pursuit of the same aim: enabling our clients to lead a self-determined life.

Join our team and help us to invest in the future!

We are an international and diverse company. We invest in working environments that promote an inclusive corporate culture, development and participation. Our benefits are as diverse as our company and reflect our corporate culture.

Innovation & Participation
We aspire to build a corporate culture where we can tap into and foster innovation at our company to the best extent possible. To achieve this, we launched an ‘Innovation Network’ in 2022.

Various events take place within the network, with employees actively supported with understanding, shaping and developing innovative ideas.

Our new ‘Future Slam’ format promotes networking and interaction among lots of employees from different areas, while offering a wealth of insights into trend topics, such as the ‘green tech transformation’.

We invest in development
Our in-house Swiss Life AM Academy runs a wide range of training courses for our employees, ranging from professional to personal development programmes. We offer remote and in-person trainings and ensure our employees are involved in the ongoing evolution of our offering.

We provide managers with in-depth preparation for their role. Thanks to our (international) Swiss Life AM Leaders GROW programme, managers come together with peers from across various international Swiss Life Asset Managers locations to complete an exciting leadership programme.

Flat hierarchies
Friendly culture, inclusiveness and close relationships are important to us. All our employees are encouraged to take ownership of their own work and to be visible in the organisation. We believe in approachable, trust-based and appreciative Leadership.

Commitment to society
It is very important to us – and our employees – that we contribute to society and engage with social projects. Alongside our regular social days, many of our employees are socially active themselves.

We are a diverse company with various legal entities and business units and 700 employees across seven locations. Dialogue and an array of networking formats promote cohesion and mutual understanding.

In addition, we run a variety of formats that enable employees to interact with members of our executive management team.

We cater to our employees’ individual needs and are keen to create the very best working conditions we can. As a result, Swiss Life Asset Managers employees can make use of flexible working models such as flextime, mobile working and remote work from abroad.

Fringe benefits
We provide various fringe benefits for our employees, such as corporate benefits and contributions towards the “Deutschlandticket” travel pass. Some of our legal entities offer additional discounts.

When new employees start their careers at Swiss Life Asset Managers Germany, they attend remote (international) and in-person onboarding events during their first year.
