You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably with a focus on real estate) and have ideally gained initial practical experience through training, internships or employment as a working student? Are you looking to start your career with plenty of professional insights, growth opportunities and excellent career prospects?

If so, you should apply for our 15-month trainee programme. By means of quarterly rotation, you will get to know the different business areas and locations of all our German companies and at the same time build up a large network for yourself. You will be part of the team from day one and will work on both central and strategic tasks and practical implementation. We will draw up your individual deployment planning based on your preferences in alignment with the needs of the specialist departments.

At the end of your trainee programme, we will discuss with you which career prospects have aroused your interest and are potentially available to you, as the subsequent career opportunities are just as varied as the areas of deployment during the trainee programme. You may, for example, be interested in project development, asset management, corporate development or an international career – and you’ll also find some career paths in the following videos of our former trainees.
