With the track record of the former subsidiary CORPUS SIREO Real Estate GmbH, we can look back on over 25 successful years as a multidisciplinary real estate service provider in the German market. Going forward, too, we will remain an established partner for our customers under the Swiss Life Asset Managers brand for residential and commercial properties as well as for asset and fund management. In addition to its real estate business, Swiss Life Asset Managers is also active in occupational pensions in Germany.

Beos manages mixed-use commercial real estate from the office, production, service and logistical sectors. In other words: corporate real estate. As a service provider for institutional investors, Beos primarily addresses users from SMEs, but also large corporates. BEOS AG offers German institutional investors attractive corporate real estate investment opportunities via four open real estate special AIFs. BEOS AG is the Europe-wide Center of Competence for the Industrial & Logistics field within Swiss Life Asset Managers.

Swiss Life Insurance Asset Managers GmbH is part of the Group-wide Proprietary Insurance Asset Management (PAM), which manages the assets of the Swiss Life Group's own insurance companies. The majority of our investments are in fixed-income and real estate.

All distribution activities in third-party asset management from the German units are bundled at Swiss Life Asset Managers Luxembourg (German branch). This unit holds the necessary licences to distribute all Swiss Life Asset Managers products in Germany.
