Vocational training
We are a long-standing IHK apprenticeship company and offer attractive apprenticeships in the following careers:
You will dive straight into the current day-to-day business with broad-based, practical commercial training. Get to know the interesting fields of activity and tasks in the real estate sector – from sales support and classic real estate sales to project development, asset management and property management. Thanks to our well-founded training concept, you can quickly take on tasks independently in the respective area.
Your contribution to successful company operations in the field of marketing and communication. As well as integrating into the planning and development of marketing concepts, coordinating advertising measures and engaging suitable service providers, your duties will also include maintaining the company website and intranet, real estate marketing, event or trade fair marketing and congresses throughout Germany and internationally.
“Service with a passion” – in this varied training, you will act as a problem solver and help our employees with their hardware and software. As a member of the IT team, you will also provide support for various projects such as network consolidation or mass roll-outs, and will contribute to the quality and IT security of our company.
Dive straight into the current day-to-day business of our Finance team. In this broad-based, practical commercial training course, you will gain in-depth insights into accounting, ranging from the timely posting of all business transactions to the preparation of the annual financial statements for the management. You will also take on independent tasks such as creating master data, and will support the invoice approval process.
Become part of our Human Resources team from the outset – the contact point for all employees. You will dive straight into the current day-to-day business and take on a wide range of tasks independently, such as creating documents from employment contracts to references, and answering written and telephone enquiries from employees. You will also support the reviewing of salary statements as well as special topics and projects, and will get to know other interesting departments in the company as part of your training.

All our apprentices receive an individual training plan covering the different fields of activity at Swiss Life Asset Managers. Following a varied face-to-face and digital onboarding programme, you will soon be given independent and interesting tasks.

Can’t decide between theoretical studies and practical training?
A dual study programme combines the advantages of training and a traditional full-time degree course.
A mentor from our experienced team will accompany you throughout your studies. In addition, you will benefit from our internal training opportunities and acquire broad practical knowledge with individual assignment planning and by passing through several of our specialist areas. With our induction, your initiative and your commitment, you will soon be taking on tasks yourself.
