The comprehensive, sustainable energy concept is based on photovoltaics and modern heat pumps, and is not dependent on fossil fuels. We are aiming to achieve BREEAM “Very good” certification.

The logistics property is located directly between the major logistics markets of Leipzig, Dresden and Erfurt, and is close to the Volkswagen production site in Zwickau.
