About the property
A state-of-the-art logistics property with more than 30 000 m² of rental space is being built on a 47 275 m² brownfield site in Oberallgäu, in the market town of Altusried, in the district of Krugzell. The area is divided into three hall sections, with a clearance height of a good 12 metres and a floor load capacity of 5 t/m². There will be 26 loading gates, 3 with ground-level access. The mezzanine area is 1763 m². 849 m² of office and social space will be provided.
Outside there is plenty of green space, and parking spaces for 90 cars and three trucks. E-charging stations for cars and e-bikes are also being installed. Public transport connections for employees are also good – the nearest bus stop is around 500 metres away. The modern service location meets flexible customer needs and high ESG standards. A photovoltaic system and heat pumps are planned to produce renewable energy. Various measures have been put in place in the outdoor area, and the facade has been green-landscaped to support the ESG concept. Overall, a “Very Good” BREEAM certification is being sought for the building.
