We are looking for projects and properties with the following characteristics:
Risk
class Core, Core Plus, Value Add.
Property type
Logistics and distribution properties with rental space of 5,000 sqm or more that also have development potential through letting/refurbishment and extension, and portfolios.
Macro location
In relevant logistics clusters in Europe in infrastructurally important locations.
Micro location
Sustainably lettable locations with good access to motorways and/or federal roads.
Year of construction
Existing properties, new-builds (forward deals).
Individual volume
From EUR 10 million, portfolios of every size.
