Innovation & Participation
We aspire to build a corporate culture where we can tap into and foster innovation at our company to the best extent possible. To achieve this, we launched an ‘Innovation Network’ in 2022.

Various events take place within the network, with employees actively supported with understanding, shaping and developing innovative ideas.

Our new ‘Future Slam’ format promotes networking and interaction among lots of employees from different areas, while offering a wealth of insights into trend topics, such as the ‘green tech transformation’.

We provide managers with in-depth preparation for their role. Thanks to our (international) Swiss Life AM Leaders GROW programme, managers come together with peers from across various international Swiss Life Asset Managers locations to complete an exciting leadership programme.
