
Head Project Development
Anett Barsch is a member of the Executive Board of Swiss Life Asset Managers Germany, where she is responsible for the entire project development business.
The graduate architect began her career as a partner in the office of city architects in planning and construction management. Prior to that, she completed a commercial apprenticeship and furthered her studies at Anshen & Allen Architects in the USA, among others. She then moved to the investor side at Heim und Wert Grundbesitz and in 2002 to Corpus Projektentwicklung Wohnen GmbH, where she held various positions from project management to project development. She was instrumental in the company's growth in developing new locations and business areas and temporarily took over the management of the Cologne and Munich branches there. In 2011, she was appointed to the position of Managing Director and has since been responsible for a project volume throughout Germany that now totals EUR 2 billion, from acquisition to sale. In 2019, Anett Barsch joined the management team at CORPUS SIREO Real Estate GmbH and at the same time became a management member of Swiss Life Asset Managers Germany.
In 2016, Anett Barsch was elected to the federal board of BFW at the German Real Estate Congress; within the association, she has already been a board member of the North Rhine-Westphalia regional association since 2014.
